Fans on Fans

This is going to be a short post. All that is needed to say is this: You should try relaxing to a whirring fan. We know, it sounds weird. But there is something about the sound of a whirring fan that is extremely soothing and calming.
Fan noise is what we call "pink noise" – a consistent, steady sound that masks other distracting noises in your environment. Unlike white noise, which can sometimes feel harsh, pink noise has more power in the lower frequencies, making it feel more natural and less artificial to our ears.
The beauty of fan sounds is their consistency. There are no sudden changes, no surprises, just a steady, rhythmic whoosh that your brain can easily tune into and use as a foundation for relaxation. Many people find that fan sounds help them fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
We've recorded several different types of fan sounds for our channel – from gentle desk fans to powerful ceiling fans. Each has its own character and benefits. Some people prefer the lighter, airier sound of a small fan, while others find the deeper hum of a larger fan more comforting.
If you've never tried using fan sounds for relaxation, we highly recommend giving it a chance. Sometimes the most effective tools for peace and calm are hiding in plain sight, humming quietly in the corner of your room.

Mindful Mornings
I love mornings. It's an opportunity to set the intentions for the day, start fresh, and most importantly, it's a moment of the day where the pace is slower. For some! I intentionally have slow mornings just because I want to preserve that magic.
